Where we ship

We ship across mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and to the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or any other country, write to us before ordering.

Delivery times

Our products are prepared and shipped from our supplier's warehouse. Delivery usually takes 8 to 17 working days from order confirmation. We tell you straight, with no dressing up, so there are no surprises.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties or taxes payable by the recipient.

Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can see where it is at any time.

Something went wrong

If the parcel arrives damaged, does not arrive within the stated time or an item is missing, write to sleepyzoo.store@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will sort it out.
