Returns & refunds
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to return it without giving a reason. To do so, write to sleepyzoo.store@gmail.com with your order number and the product you want to return. You may use the form at the bottom of this page, though it is not compulsory.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and, if possible, in its packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. Once we receive it, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
2. Faulty or incorrect product
If the product arrives damaged, does not work or is not what you ordered, you pay nothing: write to us with photos and your order number and we will replace or refund it in full, shipping included. This is covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity.
3. Sleepy 30-day trial
If within 30 days of receiving the product you are not happy with it, we refund you. All we ask is that you send it back and tell us what did not convince you: it helps us improve.
4. How to return it
- Write to sleepyzoo.store@gmail.com with your order number.
- We give you the return address and the steps.
- You send the product and pass us the tracking number.
- Once the parcel arrives, we refund you within 14 days.
These terms are those of the seller, established in Spain. If you are buying from outside the European Union, any additional rights under your own country's consumer law still apply.
